Welcome to your new source of health information and community outreach, The Health Up Foundation. The Health Up Foundation continues the mission that was set forth by Firm Foundations Community II, a 501C3, non-profit, preventive care and health maintenance vehicle, that offers outreach services and professional consultation to the community that assesses current health issues and teaches practical skills to modify detrimental health behaviors.
The Health Up Foundation was derived from the combination of Firm Foundations Community II and Ohio Health E-Magazine organizations. With this new venture, we can reach out to many more communities throughout the country. Utilizing the latest technology, we aim to reach the masses through our Health Up Blogs and our Health Up Social Community site. Along with our Outreach programs throughout the year, we look to make communities healthier and educate them on ways to live a healthier lifestyle.
